Zoeller Company Recirculating Media Filter Package

Media filter technology has been employed in wastewater treatment for over 100 years. Zoeller Company supported local plumbing contractors as they sold and installed sand-media filters for residential wastewater treatment in Jefferson County, Kentucky during the late 1950's. Many of those systems are still in operation today. Media filtering devices have been refined over the last few decades, but technologically remain the same. Today, Zoeller products such as pumps, filtered pumping systems, effluent filters, alarms and panels, risers and lids, distribution box/flow splitter, EPDM liners, all contribute to a complete media filter package.

RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL TREATMENT SYSTEMS

Residential/Commercial - kits are designed for highly variable effluent waste strength. Final commercial system sizing will depend on organic and hydraulic load considerations.

COMMUNITY TREATMENT SYSTEMS

Municipal - kits are designed for clustered systems where the waste strength is more predictable (BOD<150) due to multiple sources of waste generation.
*Other sizes can be configured for a specific installation, consult factory.
