TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Basic Job requirements (Education and/or job experience):
Description: College degree preferred but work experience or military service will be considered if training is pertinent to job responsibilities. Three (3) years experience in a business environment, military service, or extensive hands on technical background. Must possess an ability to relate to the technical nature, both mechanical and electrical, of the products we manufacture and sell and the variety of applications these products are used in. Must have a pleasant phone demeanor with an ability, under stress, to handle all conversations in a clear, concise and professional manner.

Typical Job Responsibilities: You are directly responsible for cooperating with all other company personnel and to assist them, whenever possible, to help them to succeed, as well as to insure the company's success and perform other duties as directed. Provide technical assistance on products sold through the Zoeller Company, HiLo Industries, and Zoeller Engineered Products Company. You will work with the Customer Service Department, Sales and Marketing Departments, representing wholesalers, specifying engineers, contractors, and end users of these producers. The technical assistance provided will be application expertise, pump and lift station sizing, job quotations, trouble shooting, and problem solving. 

• Processing of all forms and special specifications and cross references by recommending the Zoeller Company products that meet the requirements.

• Review and expedite all sales orders pertaining to the Zoeller Engineered Products line.

• Require visits to trade shows, customer and job sites and proficiency in trouble shooting, problem solving, products (development - improvements - offerings), literature review and collection, special inspection procedures, and code requirements.

• Overseeing and involvement with any special inspections which require additional observations and support.

• Providing recommendations for product improvements and additional product offerings.

• Literature review, revision, and layout of new sheets.

• Familiarity with any local plumbing codes and national model plumbing codes pertaining to Zoeller products (code knowledgeable).

• Involvement in all marketing phases of new product development.

• Collection and solicitation of catalogs and literature of competitive products and becoming familiar with them.

• Participation in trade shows.

• Job site visits pertaining to problem solving, specification requirements, start-up and "good-will".

• Continued self education in regards to developing expertise in all areas of product applications. This may include college classes, special seminars, studying code books, certification tests, and the reading of pertinent books and periodical articles.

• Solving special field requirements and cross referencing, sizing problems by evaluating Zoeller product offerings as a possible solution.

• Participation in any special projects assigned to you by your supervisor.  

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Basic Job requirements (Education and/or job experience):
Must have some college or work experience as well as excellent telephone and communication skills. Must have computer knowledge and problem solving skills. Needs to be highly dependable and flexible.

To assist in general clerical duties and backup for Customer Service/Order Entry in all areas of phone and administrative responsibilities on a daily basis.

PROJECT ENGINEER
Basic Job requirements (Education and/or job experience):
This individual will be based in Taiwan and must be bilingual. BSME degree plus 7 years of experience or MSME plus 5 years of mechanical design experience and demonstrated skill in engineering disciplines. Other engineering or technical degree is acceptable with documented mechanical experience and knowledge.
