Preassembled Sewage Packages by Zoeller Pump Company

As remodeling projects ramp up this spring we are seeing an increase in demand for sewage removal products, namely preassembled sewage packages. The main advantage to preassembled sewage packages is that all the initial labor and assembly has already been taken care of, no guess work involved. Zoeller preassembled packages are JOB READY and engineered for quick and easy installation and service. No field adjustments are required.
Zoeller understands that one system does not fit all applications. This is why Zoeller has one of the largest offerings of preassembled sewage ejector packages in the industry. Zoeller’s newest addition to the 912 family is the simplex 24”X24” preassembled package system which contains a 41 gallon capacity, exceeding that of a traditional 18”X30” package system. This package system allows you to utilize Zoeller quality for an easier installation in troublesome areas. 360 degree molded handle acts as a secondary anti-flotation device. Flat areas allow for additional field installed inlets and cover connections are threaded for vent and discharge piping. The system is available with pump Model 264.
Premium 912 systems are preassembled sewage ejector packages that include a 2” solids handling submersible sewage ejector.The sewage ejector has a baked-on epoxy powder coat finish and stainless steel hardware for extended life and maximum corrosion resistance. It is pre-piped and factory installed in 18” X 30” poly structural foam basin. The basin is tapered, so less time and excavation are used installing a Zoeller preassembled system versus other systems. Premium 912 systems include an anti-flotation device to keep the basin securely in place.
A split cover is standard on all indoor systems, which means it can be inspected and serviced without disturbing the vent pipe. Outdoor models include a blank one-piece cover, black in color, with all discharge piping and electrical fittings coming out the side, simplifying installation and service. A 4” snap-in hub, 360 degree handle, and torque stops, for shipping assurance, round out the numerous features on all 912 Premium systems.
